Privacy

What we collect

When you create an account we store your name and email address. When you use cadence. we store the work you add to it, such as projects, tasks, comments and decisions.

We also collect basic, cookieless usage statistics about this website so we can see which pages are used.

Who processes it

We use a small number of providers to run the service. Supabase hosts the database and sign-in. Vercel hosts the website and the app, and provides cookieless analytics. Resend sends email notifications.

When you use an AI feature in the app, the text needed for that request is sent to a model provider through the Vercel AI Gateway.

Who can see your work

Only people in your workspace can see its projects and tasks. Access is enforced by the database, not only by the application.

Deleting your information

You can delete a workspace and your account from within the app. If you need help, email us.
