Plans and billing

cadence. has a Free plan, a Basic plan, a Pro plan and an Enterprise plan. Free and Basic workspaces have limits on users, open projects and custom templates, which are listed on the pricing section of our home page. AI features and AI tool connections are available on paid plans only.

Your first month of Basic or Pro is free. Both are charged per user, monthly or yearly, and we will tell you before any charge starts. Prices and limits can change, and we will give you notice before they change for your workspace.

Your work

You own what you add to cadence. You give us permission to store and process it so we can run the service for you.

Using the service

Use cadence. lawfully and do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other people’s workspaces.

Service availability

The service is provided as it is. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose, and check forecasts and AI drafts before relying on them.

Ending your use

You can stop using cadence. and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
